Cross-Platform Sales Policy
To protect the integrity of live auctions on Tilt and ensure a reliable experience for buyers, all sellers must follow the policy below when livestreaming.
1. Don’t Sell or Promote the Same Items on Other Platforms During a Tilt Livestream
While live on Tilt, you must not attempt to sell, promote, or list the same items on any other platform. This includes any item being actively auctioned, sold, or promoted as available during your Tilt stream.
2. Auctions Are Binding — Double-Selling Breaks Trust
Auctions on Tilt are binding. Once bidding begins, you're committing to sell that item to the winning bidder. If you offer the same item elsewhere, you risk:
Failing to fulfil a buyer’s winning bid
Undermining the fairness of auctions
Damaging your credibility on the platform
You're building trust with every sale — don’t put that at risk.
3. What You Can Do
You’re encouraged to promote your Tilt livestreams anywhere you'd like.
4. If You Violate This Policy
Breaking this policy may result in:
Temporary account suspension
Reduced visibility across the platform
Permanent removal for repeated violations
