βRaffles, Lotteries, Mystery Boxes and Gambling Policy
Raffles, lotteries, and all forms of gambling are NOT permitted. Any activity in which individuals pay to participate in games with random outcomes is considered gambling. This includes raffles, lotteries, roulette wheels and races. Additionally, any promotion where buying an item entails a random chance to win a prize is considered gambling.
Mystery Boxes
Sellers featuring mystery boxes in their livestreams must adhere to the following rules:
You must be truthful about the market value of an item and not mislead buyers.
All mystery boxes must be opened, shown, and remain on the screen during the live stream.
Upon request, you must be able to provide evidence of the market value of the items in the mystery box.
In case of a breach of these policies, sellers must honour purchase cancellations and refunds and maintain communication with buyers. Failure to comply will result in suspension or a permanent ban. Our policy does not cover all scenarios, and sellers must follow TILTβs terms of service and relevant laws.
