How to message a seller/user

To message a seller/user, follow the steps below:

  • Go to your profile.

  • Click on Messages.

  • Locate the + icon on the top right, which will allow you to create a new message.

  • Type the name of the seller/user in the search bar to locate them.

  • After you see the seller/user's name, select it.

  • Click on Start Chat.

  • A new conversation will open and you can now message the seller/user.
