How to message a seller/user
Open the app.
Click on the dialogue speech bubble on the main interface.
Here, you will be able to see all your previous conversations, as well as community chats to which you were added.
Locate the "+" icon, which will allow you to create a new message.
Type the name of the seller/user in the search bar to locate them.
After you see the seller/user's name, select it.
Click on "Start Chat"
A new conversation will be created with the person you desire to message.
