# How to message a seller/user

**To message a seller/user, follow the steps below:**

* Go to your profile.
* Click on **Messages.**
* Locate the **+** icon on the top right, which will allow you to create a new message.
* Type the name of the seller/user in the search bar to locate them.
* After you see the seller/user's name, select it.
* Click on **Start Chat.**
* A new conversation will open and you can now message the seller/user.
