Editing your personal details

To update your personal details, follow these steps:

• Go to your profile.

• Click on the settings icon on the top right.

• Under account settings, find and click the Personal Information button.

• Add or edit your payment method and tap Save Changes to finalize the update.

Important: Email and phone number changes cannot be made through this process.

To update your email, please get in touch with our support team at [e-mail] using the email linked to your Tilt account. In your message, include the new email address or phone number you’d like to use as a replacement.
