This is what you might be familiar with from traditional marketplaces, it’s simple and lets you instantly buy items you like. These items can be found throughout the app, a few key areas being:
on the seller’s profile
inside live streams → click the “shop” button
on your home feed
How to use Buy Now feature:
Select your item from a live stream or a seller's store.
Add the desired product to the cart.
Review your Shipping Address.
Select your Payment Method.
Hit Buy Now!
Congratulations, you've purchased the item you wanted.
We will send you a confirmation email, and you can review your orders on your profile.
Auctions
Join a livestream where the seller is using the auction feature.
Upon entering the livestream, you will see the auction banner displaying the product name, product picture, and a bid button.
Review the auction rules and how they are displayed in the banner.
Hold down the bid button for up to 3 seconds to place a bid.
After the auction timer runs out and you emerge as the highest bidder, a message will be sent to the chat confirming your victory in the auction, followed by a second message confirming the payment.
An order will be placed, and a confirmation email will be sent to you with all the details on your order.
