TILT Referral System Terms & Conditions

What is the promotion about

This Promotion allows selected Tilt customers to earn a referral reward (the “Reward”) by referring someone (the “Invitee”) to sign up for a Tilt account using a unique referral code and completing the specified steps. All current Tilt account holders are eligible to participate in this Referral Campaign.

The Promotion is available for an indefinite period starting from the publication of these Terms. We refer to this as the 'Promotion Period'. Rewards are contingent upon meeting all criteria outlined in these Terms by both the referring customer and their Invitee.

What do you need to earn a reward?

  • Invite someone to join Tilt by tapping on the banner displayed on the home screen of your app. A referral dashboard will appear where you can see all your invitees who signed up through your link, as well as the amount of earned. To invite your friends once you are on the referral dashboard, simply click on the 'Invite' button. A link will be created, allowing you to customize the message before sending it to your invitee/s.

  • Each invitee must then sign up and input the referral code during the signup process. Upon completing the sign-up process, they will receive a boost to be used on their first purchase.

  • After the invitee makes their first purchase, the referrer will also receive a boost on their account.

Sometimes, the amount of the Reward may vary with each referral you make during the Promotion Period; for example, we may agree to offer you “up to” a certain amount based on five different amounts and which amount you receive for each referral will be determined from a draw. If this applies to you, we’ll use the following formula:

What does your invitee need to do for you to earn the Reward?

For you to be eligible for your Reward, your invitee must satisfy the below steps before the end date agreed in the Referral Campaign T&Cs

Sign up for a Tilt account

  • Each invitee must then sign up and input the referral code during the signup process. Upon completing the sign-up process, they will receive a boost to use on their first purchase.

Invitee First Purchase

  • Once an account referred by you (using your referral code on signup process) makes a purchase, you unlock a special reward. For every successful referral that makes a purchase, you earn a boost!

You will not be given a Reward if your invitee doesn’t finish all the necessary steps.

What other legal information should I know?

  • We may, due to unforeseen circumstances, suspend, terminate or change these Terms without notice.

  • This Promotion is a two-sided campaign, where both the Referer and the Invitee can be awarded the Reward.

  • To be eligible for a Reward, you must comply with these Terms and all other terms and conditions that apply to your Tilt account.

  • Any Reward will be instantly given to the selected Tilt account if all the requirements are met.

  • If we believe that you have engaged in any fraud or material abuse of this Promotion we may in our sole discretion take any actions we see fit in the circumstances. For example, it would be a material abuse of this Promotion to orchestrate a campaign to profiteer from this Promotion in a way that does not result in genuine and unique new sign-ups to Tilt, and we may close your Tilt account and reverse any Rewards if you do this.

  • These Terms are published in English and English law applies to them; any translation is a courtesy translation only. This means you cannot derive any rights from any translated version and only the English version can be used in legal proceedings with the courts of England and Wales having exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute relating to these Terms.

  • Any personal data processed or controlled during the Promotion will be dealt with in line with Tilt's Customer Privacy Notice that applies to your Tilt account.

Conclusion

If you agree to these terms, you may participate in the Promotion by following the outlined steps. Remember, participation signifies acceptance of these Terms.
