How to Initiate a Refund

Follow the interactive guide below to learn how to manage and issue refund requests with ease.

Getting Started

  • Tap on Orders and click on Action Required to view pending refund requests.

  • Select the order that has a refund request.

  • Click on the refund status bar.

Refund Request Decision

  • Select Continue to proceed with the refund, or Reject Refund to decline the request.

  • If you're unsure, refer to our for guidance.

Refund Amount

  • Confirm the refund amount by selecting the item(s) and shipping fees, or enter a custom amount for a partial refund.

Returns

  • Select whether you would like to have the item returned or not, and make sure your return address is correct

  • Confirm the refund amount by selecting the item(s) and shipping fees, or enter a custom amount for a partial refund.

Issue Refund

  • Review the refund details and initiate the refund.

  • We recommend contacting the buyer to update them on the refund status.

Orders that require a return will not have a refund issued until you confirm that the item has been returned
