Updating your username

To change your username, please contact our support team at [e-mail] using the email address associated with your Tilt account. In your message, include a list of at least three preferred usernames (each no longer than 13 characters) in case your first choice is unavailable.

Important: Please note that deleting your account to create a new one with a different username is not an option.
