๐Strike Guidelines
Sellers may receive a strike if they violate any of our policies below. Three strikes will result in a permanent ban. Strikes are handed out based on the following criteria violations:
Communication Infringement: A strike may be given if the seller fails to respond to customers within a timely manner, takes customer communication outside of our platform, or participates in hateful conduct towards customers/third-party members.
Handling of Returns & Refunds: Failure to facilitate a return or refund may result in a strike.
Counterfeit items: Selling counterfeit items may result in a strike or a permanent platform ban.
Shipping Violations: Shipping an item beyond our delivery timeframes will also result in a strike.
Product Issues: Strikes will be given for selling any non-fashion-related goods. Multiple reports of incorrect order fulfillment will also result in a strike, which includes orders that have defective items or items that are not sold as described.
External Payments: All payments must remain within the TILT platform or a strike may be given to the seller.
Initial strikes will result in warnings or temporary platform bans. Strikes can be reset if no offences occur for a rolling period of 12 months. Certain strikes will not be eligible for a reset. Multiple infractions will result in a permanent platform ban.
