Problems with my order

  • Collect all the information regarding your order, including the Order Number, Seller's Name, and Product Name.

  • Once you have gathered all the information mentioned above, please get in touch with the seller from whom you made the purchase.

  • Only escalate the matter to our support team if there is no response from the seller or if the issue remains unresolved.

  • If the order is still accessible to the customer, the process will proceed as a normal order, with all the information provided to the customer in advance.

  • If the order is no longer accessible to the customer, a refund process will be initiated to return the money to the customer.
