Problems with my order
Collect all the information regarding your order, including the Order Number, Seller's Name, and Product Name.
Once you have gathered all the information mentioned above, please get in touch with the seller from whom you made the purchase.
Only escalate the matter to our support team if there is no response from the seller or if the issue remains unresolved.
If the order is still accessible to the customer, the process will proceed as a normal order, with all the information provided to the customer in advance.
If the order is no longer accessible to the customer, a refund process will be initiated to return the money to the customer.
