Deleting your Tilt account

To delete your account, follow the steps below:

  • Visit your profile.

  • Click on settings.

  • Click Delete Account.

  • A banner will prompt, asking if you are sure about deleting your account, as this action cannot be reversed on your end. You will also lose all your purchase history.

  • Finalize your account deletion.

  • We're sad to see you go 😢

Important: You cannot create a new account after deleting your account. If you need to make any account changes, please get in touch with our support team at [email protected] using the email linked to your Tilt account. In your message, include the new email address, phone number, or username that you'd like to have associated with your account.
