⛔Gambling, Purchase-Based Prizes and Mystery Box Policy
At TILT, we create our policies to foster a secure environment for our community to confidently participate in transactions. To ensure a dependable purchasing experience, we prohibit games of chance, sales associated with purchased rewards, and establish precise guidelines for auctions and sales.
These directives aim to exemplify fairness and transparency in the actions of sellers. In case of any misrepresentation or seller error, sellers are accountable for accepting buyer cancellations. Failure to comply may result in enforcement measures on the account.

Gambling
TILT strictly prohibits facilitating or promoting games of chance and the sale of gambling-related products. This includes:
No paid lotteries or any other random outcomes where individuals pay to participate in races, wheels, lotteries, roulette spins, or similar random outcomes for a prize. For example:
Selling slots in an online race for a monetary reward.
Auctioning raffle tickets for the chance to win a prize.
Purchase-Based Rewards
Paid bounties or other sales where buying an item entails a chance to win an additional item or prize. For instance:
Offering additional items if a certain condition is met during a specific show
Advertising to purchase or trade for a product with conditions on when or where the item will be purchased
Games involving guessing, mapping, or offering a prize for guessing the contents of a concealed purchase.
Any game where a purchased item has a chance of activating the receipt of a prize or entry into another game of chance. For example:
Offering an entry into a chance-based game where buyers may win a prize based on their bid position
TILT encourages alternative engagement methods like follower-exclusive giveaways or games that do not require a purchase. Additionally, items such as gifts providing specific services or assured rewards upon purchase are permitted.
Mystery Boxes
All Mystery boxes must be opened and shown during the livestream.
All Mystery Boxes must be kept on-screen during the show.
Across all categories, if you are found abusing mystery boxes to manipulate bids, you will be banned.
Be Truthful about Pricing: Do not mislead buyers about the value of a box by mentioning the highest potential value of a mystery box.
As stated in the Community Guidelines, if you cite the value of an item, be prepared to back it up with real data on comparable market prices.
Never inflate the market value of an item, including "mystery boxes" and other compilations. Market estimates of mystery boxes must be available upon request; misstated values may lead to order cancellations, buyer refunds or platform banning.
Any breach of these policies may result in a ban from the platform
