Terms & Conditions

Program Overview

Earn £1,000 for each successful referral when your referred seller goes live on Tilt AND achieves £10,000 in qualifying sales within their first 2 months. All referrals are subject to verification and fraud prevention checks.

1. Eligibility Requirements

Referrer Eligibility

• Must have an active Tilt account in good standing

• Must not be subject to any ongoing investigations or restrictions

• Must not have violated Tilt's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines

• Maximum of 5 successful referrals per calendar quarter

Referee (New Seller) Eligibility

• Must be entirely new to Tilt - no previous accounts, applications, or registrations

• Must complete full identity verification and KYC requirements

• Must not be connected to any previously banned or suspended Tilt accounts

• Must successfully onboard and go live on Tilt

• Must enter the referrer's exact Tilt username during application

2. Qualifying Sales Criteria

To qualify for the £1,000 referral reward, the referred seller must achieve £10,000 in qualifying sales within their first 2 months (calculated from the date of their first live stream).

What Counts as Qualifying Sales:

• Completed transactions where payment has been successfully processed

• Orders that have been shipped or delivered

• Sales from diverse, legitimate buyers (not concentrated to 1-2 accounts)

• Transactions with normal refund and dispute rates consistent with platform averages

What Does NOT Count:

• Cancelled orders or refunded transactions

• Orders flagged for fraud or under investigation

• Sales to accounts connected to the referee or referrer

• Transactions showing circular trading patterns or artificial inflation

• Orders with payment failures or chargebacks

3. Fraud Prevention & Compliance

Tilt operates with strict fraud detection systems. Attempts to defraud the program will result in immediate disqualification and potential account termination.

Prohibited Activities Include:

• Self-referrals: Referring yourself through alternate accounts or devices

• Circular trading: Buying from referred sellers to artificially inflate their sales

• Shill bidding: Coordinated bidding between referrer, referee, and associated accounts

• Boost exploitation: Gaming promotional features to generate illegitimate volume

• Ban evasion: Referring individuals previously banned from Tilt

• Coordinated fraud rings: Multiple accounts working together to generate fake referrals

4. Payment Terms

Payment Schedule:

• Referral rewards are paid 30 days after the referred seller achieves the £10,000 milestone

• This verification period allows for dispute resolution and fraud detection

• Payment is subject to both referrer and referee maintaining good account standing

Payment Method:

• Rewards are paid via the payment method associated with your Tilt account

• You are responsible for any tax obligations related to referral earnings

Payment Withholding & Clawback:

• Tilt reserves the right to withhold payment pending investigation of suspicious activity

• If fraud is detected within 120 days of payment, Tilt may claw back the referral reward

• Clawbacks may be deducted from future earnings or billed separately

5. Disqualification & Termination

Referrals may be disqualified and rewards withheld or clawed back if:

• Either referrer or referee violates these Terms or Tilt's platform policies

• Fraud, suspicious activity, or gaming of the system is detected

• The referee's account is suspended, banned, or closed for any reason

• The referrer's account standing changes (suspended, banned, or under investigation)

• Required information was incorrect, incomplete, or falsified

• The referee was not genuinely new to Tilt

Tilt's decision regarding eligibility, qualification, and payment is final and binding.

6. Program Changes & Termination

Tilt reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate this referral program at any time

• Change reward amounts, eligibility criteria, or qualification requirements with notice

• Cap the total number of referrals accepted

• Exclude certain users or categories of users from participation

Changes will not affect referrals already in progress unless required for fraud prevention or legal compliance.

7. Limitations & Disclaimers

• This program is for individual referrals only - not for agencies, broker arrangements, or commercial referral operations

• Referral rewards are not guaranteed and are subject to verification

• Tilt is not responsible for referees who do not complete the requirements

• This program does not create an employment or partnership relationship

• Standard Tilt Terms of Service apply to all participants
