# Etichette di spedizione

**Spedizioni integrate su Tilt**

Se utilizzi le spedizioni integrate con Tilt, lavoriamo con **Poste Italiane – Business Express**, che prevede:

🚚 **Ritiro a domicilio**\
📦 **Consegna all’indirizzo dell’acquirente**

**Importante:** *Non è possibile lasciare il pacco in un punto Poste o in un ufficio postale.*

#### 🔹 Come prenotare il ritiro

* Vai su: [business.poste.it – Prenota un ritiro](https://business.poste.it/professionisti-imprese/prenota-ritiri/index.html#!/iniziare)
* Se il sito non funziona, puoi prenotare chiamando il numero gratuito: **06 4526 3160** 

Una volta prenotato, Poste verrà a ritirare il pacco direttamente all’indirizzo indicato.

#### 🔹 Se utilizzi un corriere esterno

Se hai un contratto con un corriere esterno (es. DHL, BRT, SDA, ecc.), **ti consigliamo di gestire la spedizione direttamente tramite il tuo operatore logistico**, senza usare le etichette di Tilt.

**È obbligatorio inserire il codice di tracciamento e aggiornare lo stato dell’ordine** all’interno della piattaforma, anche in caso di spedizione esterna.
