# Come vedere i tuoi ordini

Per visualizzare e gestire i tuoi ordini, segui questi passaggi:

* Vai sul tuo profilo.
* Clicca su **Acquisti**.
* Qui troverai tutti gli ordini effettuati dal tuo account.
* Tocca un ordine per aprire il riepilogo.
* Potrai visualizzare la ricevuta, lo stato dell’ordine, il numero di tracciamento e altre informazioni utili. Puoi anche scrivere direttamente al venditore oppure, se hai bisogno di ulteriore supporto, scorri fino in fondo fino a **Hai bisogno di aiuto?**.

**Importante**: Se nel riepilogo non vedi il numero di tracciamento, ti consigliamo di contattare direttamente il venditore.
