# J'ai reçu un article endommagé

Si tu as reçu un article endommagé, tu devrais contacter le vendeur à propos de cette situation. Tu peux aussi [demander un remboursement](/tilt-help-desk/tilt-help-desk-fr/returns-and-refunds/how-to-request-a-refund.md) auprès du vendeur. Si le vendeur ne répond pas, s'il te plaît, contacte-nous à <support@tilt.app>. Tu peux aussi cliquer [ici](https://support.tilt.app/tilt-help-desk/general/contact-tilt) pour apprendre d'autres moyens de contacter le support. Ta demande au support devrait inclure :

* Numéro de commande
* Nom du vendeur
* Preuve visuelle du dommage au produit

Si la situation est escaladée jusqu'à nous et que nous déterminons que ton produit a été endommagé, Tilt coordonnera avec toi et le vendeur pour faciliter un retour. Après que le processus de retour est terminé, et que le vendeur vérifie que l'état de l'article correspond à l'envoi, nous émettrons un remboursement pour la commande.
