# Cómo Solicitar un Reembolso

**Los vendedores tienen hasta 5 días para responder a tu solicitud de reembolso.** Si la solicitud es aprobada, el vendedor puede requerir que el artículo sea devuelto antes de emitir el reembolso o elegir emitir el reembolso sin una devolución.

Si el reembolso fue iniciado por el vendedor, se reflejará en tu extremo. Ten en cuenta que si el reembolso requiere una devolución, no se procesará hasta que el vendedor reciba el artículo de vuelta. Recibir el reembolso puede tardar **de 5 a 10 días hábiles**, dependiendo de tu banco, aunque generalmente llega antes.
