# Cómo ver tus pedidos

**Para ver y gestionar tus pedidos, sigue estos pasos:**

* Visita tu perfil.
* Haz clic en **Compras.**
* Aquí se pueden ver todos tus pedidos realizados desde tu cuenta.
* Toca un pedido para abrir tu resumen de pedido.
* Ahora podrás ver tu recibo, el estado del pedido, el número de seguimiento y más. También puedes enviar un mensaje al vendedor o desplazarte hasta el final para **Necesitas Ayuda** si requieres asistencia adicional.

**Importante**: Si no ves un número de seguimiento en tu resumen de pedido, por favor contacta al vendedor.
