# Cómo enviar un mensaje a un vendedor/usuario

**Para enviar un mensaje a un vendedor/usuario, sigue los pasos a continuación:**

* Ve a tu perfil.
* Haz clic en **Mensajes.**
* Localiza el icono **+** en la parte superior derecha, que te permitirá crear un nuevo mensaje.
* Escribe el nombre del vendedor/usuario en la barra de búsqueda para localizarlo.
* Después de ver el nombre del vendedor/usuario, selecciónalo.
* Haz clic en **Iniciar Chat.**
* Se abrirá una nueva conversación y ahora puedes enviar un mensaje al vendedor/usuario.
