What happens if I don’t win the auction?

You won’t be charged.

Do pre-bids expire?

Yes. If the auction isn’t held within 3 days, your pre-bid will automatically expire.

Can I change or cancel my pre-bid?

You can increase your maximum bid at any time, but you cannot cancel a pre-bid once it’s placed — unless the listing is cancelled or the pre-bid expires.

What happens if multiple buyers place the same max pre-bid?

The first buyer who placed the highest bid will win if no higher bids are made during the auction.

What happens if a pre-bid winner doesn’t pay?

The item will automatically be offered to the next highest bidder. For more information on this, please refer to our Second Chance FAQ.

What happens if I win?

You’ll be notified if you win. To view your bids at any time, go to your profile and tap on Your Bids.
