Terms and Conditions: Pokémon 30th Givvys

1. Promoter

This promotion (the "Giveaway") is run by Retro Labs Ltd, trading as Tilt, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13499061), whose registered office is at 5 Beaconsfield Street, Fora, The Jellicoe (1.01), London, N1C 4EW ("Tilt", "we", "us").

2. Promotion Period

The Giveaway runs from 00:00 (BST) on 16 September 2026 to 23:59 (BST) on 30 September 2026 (the "Entry Window"). Entries received outside this window will not be counted.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to individuals resident in the United Kingdom, who hold a valid Tilt account in good standing.

Employees of Tilt, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected to the Giveaway are not eligible to enter.

Tilt sellers, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected to them are not eligible to enter this Giveaway, under either track.

Prizes can only be shipped to addresses within the United Kingdom.

4. How to Enter

There are two separate ways to enter this Giveaway, one for 1st place and one for 2nd and 3rd place. You may use one or both.

Story Track (1st place only, no purchase necessary). Open to anyone with TCG selected as an interest, who holds a valid Tilt account in good standing. Submit a story of up to 200 words via the entry form answering "How did you get into the hobby, and what makes it special to you?" One submission per person. A photo may be included but is not required. Submissions must be received by 23:59 (BST) on 30 September 2026. This entry counts only toward 1st place and does not enter you into the 2nd and 3rd place draw.

Purchase and Activity Track (2nd and 3rd place only). To be eligible for this draw, you must first place one completed order for a trading card product from a card seller on Tilt (Pokémon, sports cards, One Piece, and other trading card categories) within the Entry Window. This earns you 1 entry. Additional orders do not earn additional entries. Orders placed during private streams do not count towards this Track. Orders must be paid, not cancelled, and not refunded at the time of the draw to qualify.

Once you have placed a qualifying order, you can earn further entries by completing the following actions, up to twice each, at any point during the Entry Window:

• Posting a clip on Tilt

• Following a new seller in a trading card category

• Leaving a review on your qualifying purchase

Each action earns 1 entry, up to a maximum of 2 entries per action, giving a maximum of 6 activity entries in total. Repeating the same action more than twice does not earn further entries, and none of these actions earn any entry without a qualifying purchase.

The maximum number of entries any one person can hold in the 2nd and 3rd place draw is 7 (1 for the qualifying purchase, plus up to 6 for activity).

Prizes are as stated and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any alternative product.

Only one prize per person across the entire Giveaway.

6. Winner Selection

The 1st place winner is selected by internal review of eligible Story Track submissions received during the Entry Window. Selection is at Tilt's discretion, based on which story best reflects the spirit of the hobby.

The 2nd and 3rd place winners are selected by a single random draw from all entrants who hold at least 1 entry under the Purchase and Activity Track, weighted by the number of entries each person holds. The first 2 names drawn win an Elite Trainer Box (2nd place). The next 3 names drawn win a Sylveon EX Box (3rd place).

The draw will take place live on a Tilt stream on 1 October 2026 at 7pm (BST) ([stream link]). Where technically possible, Tilt will check whether a drawn winner is an active viewer of the stream at the time of the draw and may confirm the win live on stream. You do not need to be watching the stream to win: this check does not affect a winner's rights, and the standard notification and confirmation process in Section 7 applies to all winners regardless of stream attendance.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via an in app message and email within 24 hours of the draw.

Winners have 7 days from the date of notification to respond and confirm a valid UK postage address.

If a winner does not respond within this period, they forfeit the prize and we will redraw to select a replacement winner.

8. Story Submission Rights

By submitting a story, you confirm it is your own original content and grant Tilt a non exclusive, royalty free licence to reproduce, publish, and share your submission (including any accompanying photo) across Tilt's marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, the Tilt app, and livestreams, for purposes connected to this Giveaway and its promotion.

9. Data Protection

Personal data collected as part of this Giveaway (including names, contact details, and postage addresses) will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and delivering prizes, in accordance with Tilt's Privacy Policy (https://tilt.app/privacy). Winners' first names and/or usernames may be announced publicly on the live stream and associated social posts.

10. General Conditions

Tilt reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms, or who is found to have entered fraudulently, including use of multiple accounts to gain additional entries.

Tilt reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend this Giveaway if circumstances arise outside of its control.

Tilt's decision on all matters relating to the Giveaway, including winner selection, is final.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tilt accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered as a result of entering this Giveaway or accepting a prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
